Official rules of the campaign – Grace Foods end of the year campaign

Campaign:
Buy 4 or more Grace Foods products and get a chance to win a TV, refrigerator, or stove with every purchase.

Raffle:
On Friday, January 26th, 2024, we will announce the three lucky winners of the TV, refrigerator, or stove giveaway.

Participation:
Identify the four Grace Foods products on your receipt. Clearly write your name, address, and phone number on the back of the receipt. Drop it off at the participating stores, in the raffle box.

Limitation:
There is no limit to the number of receipts you can submit. However, each winner (sharing the same number or address) can only win once during the campaign.

Duration:
The Grace Foods end-of-year campaign begins on December 15th, 2023, and concludes on January 25th, 2024. The three fortunate winners will be announced on January 26th, 2024.

Announcement:
The winners will be notified via a phone call on the giveaway day, and this announcement will be made once on our Facebook page.

Identification:
Each winner must visit the store or coordinate with the responsible person. They will need to present a valid identification with their picture to claim their prize. Specific dates for claiming will be provided later.

Right:
The winner will lose the right to the prize if it is not claimed within 5 working days after contact/announcement. After 5 days, Oduber Agencies N.V. reserves the right to choose another winner.

Underage:
If the winner is underage, she/he must be accompanied by a parent or guardian/adult. The accompanying person needs to provide identification and establish their relationship with the winner.

Exclusion:
Employees of Oduber Agencies N.V. are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

Reservation:
Oduber Agencies reserves the right to modify or change any part of this campaign at any time without prior notice. No rights can be claimed from this campaign.
